By accessing or using the MALA platform (website and mobile application), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

MALA is a platform that connects customers with beauty and wellness service providers including salons, spas, freelance beauty professionals, and related businesses. We facilitate bookings, payments, and communication between customers and service providers.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our discretion

Bookings and Payments

All bookings made through MALA are subject to availability and confirmation by the service provider. Payment terms and cancellation policies may vary by service provider.

Prices are set by individual service providers and may change without notice
Payment processing is handled securely through our platform
Cancellation policies are determined by each service provider
MALA may charge service fees for facilitating bookings
Refunds are subject to the service provider's cancellation policy

User Conduct

You agree not to use the MALA platform to:

Infringe on the rights of others
Transmit any harmful or malicious code
Harass, abuse, or harm other users or service providers
Impersonate any person or entity
Interfere with or disrupt the service

Service Provider Responsibilities

Service providers using the MALA platform agree to:

Maintain professional standards and conduct

The MALA platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MALA and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

MALA acts as a platform connecting customers with service providers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided. In no event shall MALA be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of Tanzania.

Reviews and Ratings

Users may post reviews and ratings of services received. Reviews must be honest, accurate, and not contain offensive or inappropriate content. MALA reserves the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
